Here my father is when his father died in 1960 with his 2 surviving brothers. My father on the left, then his older brother Chauncey centered, and younger brother James on right.
My father lived until 1985.
My father was born in 1914.

Am I just paranoid or is there a algorithm at work?
I tried to use this as my profile photo.
And that very day blogger stopped giving me any new postings from my "blog list" favorites in the right hand column daily. Perhaps that is why I didn't get any comments for the last several days, except just one or two, where there had been over 20 when I had a rant just the preceding week.
Why?
It's a kid's photo.

Ped O Filia is being screened!
Oh dear. I am the 83 year old daughter of this man, whose photo is from 1916. I just thought he looked cute. More hair than I ever saw on him. His own teeth, which I don't remember either.
But mainly I was suddenly cut out of my social opportunities. Blogger had failed me.
I am aware now how it feels to be in the darkness socially.
You may have received some of my complaining comments, when I finally found your blog posts by scrolling through my reading list (which is a pain, because it doesn't post everyone who has currently posted, just a complete list of blogs I follow!) I deleted a few blog links who haven't posted for a year or more.
I went back to change my photo...to a dragon which I made out of clay. I sure hope that doesn't offend anyone.
And I hope to regain my friendships on blogger!

And in case anyone thinks I'm making all this up...I just pre-posted some old humorous signs for 2 weeks from now. I kept them in a folder on my laptop. They've been sitting there for ages. I copied them into the blog draft, and within minutes as I scrolled through Facebook (listed under a different email name) there were 2 of these very old signs. I was really surprised how fast the switch had been turned on.
